Dehydration Agent(GeNeo-MINE)

Overview

GeNeo-MINE is specially formulated according to different application environments. Amines, alcohols, resins, xanthan gum, and other materials are used as initiators. Under the action of special catalysts, they undergo block polymerization with propylene oxide and ethylene oxide, followed by grafting, chain extension, and crosslinking to obtain different types of demulsifiers.

The product is further compounded with surfactants and flocculants to develop the GeNeo-MINE Series, a high-efficiency, high-molecular-weight chemical agent for oily sludge dewatering.

GeNeo-MINE can effectively break emulsions and promote flocculation in oily sludge treatment, helping improve oil-water-solid separation and sludge dewatering performance.
