Overview
GeNeo-DEW is a composite sludge conditioning agent developed to address the common issues of high dosage and low dewatering efficiency associated with traditional sludge conditioners, while meeting current industry development trends.
It is designed based on the theories of polyelectrolyte complex flocculation, control of extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) in sludge, and improvement of the sludge skeletal structure through loosening and conditioning.
The GeNeo-DEW-01 Series is formulated with oxidants, sludge loosening and conditioning agents, inorganic flocculants, and organic flocculants.
The GeNeo-DEW-02 Series is formulated with nano polyaluminum chloride and organic flocculants.
GeNeo-DEW can adapt to sludge dewatering requirements under different treatment processes and improve overall sludge conditioning and dewatering performance.
